Facility Usage Rules

1. All participants must sign in upon arrival and wear appropriate athletic attire and footwear.

2. Personal equipment should be in good working condition. The facility is not liable for personal

equipment damage.

3. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian unless prior arrangements

are made.

4. Food, gum, and beverages (except water) are prohibited in training areas.

5. Please clean up after yourself and dispose of trash in provided receptacles.

6. Smoking, alcohol, illegal substances, and inappropriate conduct are strictly prohibited.

7. Participants must vacate the facility promptly at the end of their session.

8. Use of the facility is at your own risk.

Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Memberships:

• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the session.

• A cancellation fee of $25.00 per hour will apply.

• No-shows will be charged the full session amount.

2. Payment Policy:

• All payments are collected upon booking.

• Bookings and memberships are non-transferable.

Conduct and Safety Expectations

1. Respect all staff, participants, and facility property.

2. Follow all instructions given by trainers or staff.

3. Horseplay, abusive language, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.

4. Violations may result in immediate removal from the facility without refund.

Penalties and Property Damage

1. Customers are responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement for any damaged

equipment or property caused by misuse or negligence.

Photography and Media Policy

1. By signing below, you consent to Wil Nieves Academy capturing and using photos or videos taken

during sessions for promotional or educational purposes.

Do I need to book a time slot in advance, or can I walk in?

We recommend booking a time slot in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak hours. Walk-ins are welcome, but availability cannot be guaranteed. Reservations can be made online or by calling us directly.

Are the batting cages suitable for all skill levels?

Yes! Our batting cages cater to players of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. We offer adjustable pitching machines to customize speed and difficulty, ensuring a great experience for everyone.

Can I bring my own equipment, or is it provided?

You are welcome to bring your own bats and helmets.

All players are required to wear a helmet while in the cages for safety.

Do you offer coaching or private lessons at the batting cages?

Yes! Wil Nieves Academy offers private lessons and group coaching sessions with experienced instructors. You can book lessons alongside your batting cage reservation for a comprehensive training experience.

What are the operating hours for the batting cages?

Our batting cages are open Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and closed on Sundays.
