6 Indoor Official Size Cages: Equipped with retractable netting for versatile training options.
Membership Options: 2 cage monthly memberships to suit your team’s needs.
Bring your team of up to 15 players and have access to 2 full-size cages for two hours weekly. You will have the same set schedule, so you never have to worry about cancellations or anyone taking your time slot. Each cage will have a pitching machine, and is fully retractable to provide flexibility within your practices.

WIL NIEVES ACADEMY – MEMBERSHIP BILLING & CANCELLATION POLICY
COMMITMENT. Memberships are billed monthly. Choose a minimum commitment of 3 months at $599/month ($1,797 total) or 6 months at $499/month ($2,994 total), or the Monthly plan at $649/month with a minimum of 2 payments ($1,298 total) – your first month plus your 30-day notice period. Every commitment payment is due on its billing date, even if your athlete stops attending.
AFTER THE COMMITMENT. Your membership continues month-to-month at the same rate, and the card on file is charged on your billing date each month, until you cancel.
HOW TO CANCEL. Online at wilnievesacademy.com/cancel, or by email to [email protected] from the email on file. Cancelling is as easy as joining. Requests made by phone, text, social media, or to a coach are not valid cancellations. We confirm every cancellation by email within 3 business days. If you don't receive a confirmation, we didn't receive your request.
30 DAYS' NOTICE. If we receive your notice at least 30 days before your next billing date, you won't be charged again and your membership ends with your current paid month. If we receive it fewer than 30 days before your next billing date, one final monthly payment is charged and your membership ends at the end of that final paid month. You keep full training access through your end date. Notice given during a commitment takes effect no earlier than the end of the commitment.
NO REFUNDS. Payments are final. We don't refund or credit unused time, missed sessions, partial months, vacations, weather or holiday closures, or schedule and coach changes. Three exceptions: you may cancel within 3 business days of signing for a refund; if we close or move more than 5 driving miles, you may cancel for a refund of the unused portion; and in the event of death or a long-term injury or disability (doctor's note), you may cancel for a pro-rated refund. See the Membership Agreement, Section 14.
FREEZES. After your commitment, one freeze of 1–2 months per year. Medical freezes any time with a doctor's note.
BILLING QUESTIONS. Contact [email protected] first. Real errors are fixed within 10 business days. Charges appear on your statement as WIL NIEVES ACADEMY.
PARENTS & GUARDIANS. Memberships are purchased by a parent or legal guardian who is the cardholder. A signed participation waiver is required before the athlete's first session.

Do I need to book a time slot in advance, or can I walk in?
We recommend booking a time slot in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak hours. Walk-ins are welcome, but availability cannot be guaranteed. Reservations can be made online or by calling us directly.
Are the batting cages suitable for all skill levels?
Yes! Our batting cages cater to players of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. We offer adjustable pitching machines to customize speed and difficulty, ensuring a great experience for everyone.
Can I bring my own equipment, or is it provided?
You are welcome to bring your own bats and helmets.
All players are required to wear a helmet while in the cages for safety.
Do you offer coaching or private lessons at the batting cages?
Yes! Wil Nieves Academy offers private lessons and group coaching sessions with experienced instructors. You can book lessons alongside your batting cage reservation for a comprehensive training experience.
What are the operating hours for the batting cages?
Our batting cages are open Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and closed on Sundays.
